Implement a Custom Transport Adapter
Configure the five transport adapters in fixed execution order and drive a bundle through the lifecycle.
Architect Tier — Transport Layer Adapter
Adapters must execute in fixed order: Identity → Privacy → Routing → Economics → Audit. Each adapter reads inputs and writes exactly one envelope field.

Verifies sender token, checks revocation, projects privacy tier

Enforces privacy tier, sole writer of destination set
